Hi Andrea - (When it comes to ebooks) I get everything I can on my old reliable Nook when it comes to e-books. Text books, how-to books, history, autobiographies, learning html, it runs the gamut my reading of e-books. I also highly enjoy audiobooks. When I am much too tired to read anymore, it is nice to listen to a well told story. I recently listed to Fever by Mary Beth Keane. I really enjoyed this audiobook, the lady narrating had a wonderful Irish brogue.
Hello Marla ~ what a horrible tale. I do not enjoy reading such traumatic experiences, especially tales of slavery, they are just too horrible to repeat myself. Your annotation was great by the way and, obviously you captured the essence of what the author wanted to portray.
Hi Laurie ~ I am unaware of this author and his series but it sounds enjoyable. I love wizards and detective stories. I also enjoy fast paced reads. I had to look up "Box office Poison" by Phillipa Bornikova. This book sounds like an excellent reading as well. Thanks for the great suggestions.
